  If you are interested in building a home I would urge you to look at builders other than Toll Brothers! We had a very bad experience in terms of the quality of the product they offer. For a house which cost above $800,000 we had to have our floors replaced three times. We continue to have difficulties with our fireplace. Work had to be corrected on our roof line and landscaping changes had to be made to prevent water from draining toward the foundation. Their quality is no where near what they represent!
