  Been 5 weeks since my pool was delivered. I have a fiberglass shell filled with dirty water. No back filling, no bond ring set, no deck, electrical not complete. I do have an almost entirely paid for project in a muddy as heck back yard! Was told it would be finished in 2 weeks. I am a very patient person and understand weather delays but not returning phones or saying they left messages when they didn't is terrible customer service. Not happy so far. Good thing I purchased a heater because at this rate it will be cold weather before I can use it. :(. If you want to be swimming the first of the summer, you better start your project in the fall.
